A full gut renovation of an industrial loft in the Domino district, with water views across the East River. Project ran from concept through final install over 13 months.

Drove project management across the full scope of work in partnership with interior designer — coordinating with the design team, contractors, and vendors from demolition through final styling. Responsibilities spanned material and finish selection, vendor sourcing and procurement, budget tracking, and managing long lead times across multiple trades.

The work required active coordination across 15+ vendors, weekly site visits during install phases, and constant prioritization as scope evolved. Tools included shared spec sheets, vendor trackers, and procurement schedules built to keep the design team, fabricators, and trades aligned.
